Golf Course Description -Quail Run Golf Course is a 18 hole public golf course. It is par 72 for men and women. There are five tee boxes at Quail Run and they provide two yellow blocks in each fairway, which are tee markers for juniors age 11 and under and beginning golfers.

The golf course measures 7024 from the back tees, 6576 from the middle back, 6057 from the middle, 5577 from the middle forward and 5147 from the forward tees. The most difficult hole according to the scorecard is hole #5 a 498 yard par five from the middle tees. According to our scorecard hole #13 a 458 yard par five was the most difficult. Your second shot must take you on a "Concorde flight" over the lake or if you don't want to chance that, you lay up...in the rough.

Course Conditions-The course was in excellent shape. The greens, fairways and tee boxes were all very well maintained. The distances are well marked.

Since our last visit at Quail Run, the course has made many improvements. The lakes are contained with retaining walls and are very scenic.

Uniqueness of this course-The potholes near the greens. Quail Run has the most difficult potholes. Remember what they look like in the British Open?

We definitely will return to Quail Run.
