at 1700 Riverside Blvd.

Golf Course Description-Norfolk Country Club is a 18 hole course. The low hanging tree branches may be what inflicts a penalty on you at Norfolk Country Club.

Norfolk Country Club is a par 72 course that measures 6825 from black tees, 6336 from the blue tees, 5919 from the whites, and 5559 from the gold tees. Your start your round with a par 5. It measures 491 from the white tees. Hole #6, a par five that measures 465 from the whites, is the most difficult hole. The picture below is of the #6 green.

Most greens are elevated and are guarded by numerous sandtraps. The tree lined fairways encourages you to plan your drive and approach and how the trees may come into play. A creek borders the outside of Norfolk Country Club and can come into play on hole #6 other than that you should stay dry at Norfolk Country Club. The rough was not penalizing.

Norfolk Country Club's handicap/slope are as follows: black 73.0/134. blue, 70.8/130, white 68.8/128 and gold 71.7/115.

Norfolk Country Club is a must play for any golfer visiting the Norfolk area. Norfolk Country Club was a full fun-filled afternoon of golf.

Course Conditions-Norfolk Country Club was a mature well-maintained golf course. From the tee boxes, the fairway to the greens are all in excellent shape. The employees were friendly and made you feel most welcome at Norfolk Country Club.

Uniqueness of this course-The uniqueness of Norfolk Country Club is the locust. Almost sounds as though they are conducting a rock concert.
