Golf Course Description-This hilly 18 hole golf course offers two different nine holes of golf for your golf experience. The front nine offers fairways lined with trees, elevated domed greens. Hole #5 is rated as the toughest hole from the whites. It is a 545 yard par five. From the ladies tees the 346 yard par 4 hole #4 is the highest handicap hole. There is a creek running through several of the holes on the front nine. The accuracy of your shots are very important with the creek, the size of the greens, and the slope of the greens and fairways. You may want to bring your most precise shots with you for the first nine holes at Southern Hills.

The back nine were most enjoyable and more relaxing. The back nine offers open fairways and large greens. There are two lakes that can come into play on three of the holes on the back nine. There are homes lining two of the par fours on your right.

Southern Hills Golf Course measures 6351 from the blues, 6072 from the whites, 5195 from the red tees. This a par 72 course with three par threes and three par fives. Southern Hills Golf Course is a 68.7 rated course from the middle tees and 69.6 from the ladies tees.

Course Conditions-Southern Hills Golf Course is a very well maintained course. The fairways and greens are in great shape.

Uniqueness of this course- The rolling ravines on hole #1 are like nothing seen in a fairway anywhere else. We enjoyed our golf junket at Southern Hills and will certainly return.
