Golf Course Location-Dakota Dunes Country Club is located off of Interstate 29 in South Dakota at Exit #1 in Dakota Dunes. At Exit #1 make a left and continue on Dakota Dunes Blvd. to the Clubhouse.

Golf Course Description-Dakota Dunes Country Club is a private 18 hole premier golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. It is located in the center of many beautiful homes and borders the Missoui River.

We considered this a once in a lifetime golf day. The course is expansive and each hole private. Dakota Dunes is so immense you think that you are the only golfers on the course. There are seven miles of cart paths that wind throughout the course.

Dakota Dunes is a par 72. It measures 7165 from the Palmer tees, 6501 from the Tournament tees, 6010 from the Member tees, and 5065 from the Forward tees. The course ratting/slope are Palmer 74.4/134, Tournament 71.4/128, Member 69.0/123, and Forward 69.2/120.

Course Conditions- The tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent shape. The yardages are marked very well. There are many large sand traps at Dakota Dunes. The greens were fast and had many short breaks. Dakota Dunes really makes you look both ways even on those short "givme" putts.

Uniqueness of this course-The bentgrass fairways. If you are thinking of relocating to the midwest and you love golf, I would suggest checking out Dakota Dunes. Dakota Dunes has a great golf course, the Missouri River and lovely fall landcapes all here!

If ever given the opportunity again, we will definitely return to Dakota Dunes.
