Golf Course Location-Buffalo Ridge is located in the the north part of Kearney. From Highway 2 and the 56th St. intersection, it is located east about 1 mile. You will be at N Street, turn north and the course is located about 3/4 mile and is on your right.

Golf Course Description-Buffalo Ridge Golf is a nine hole, par 72 course. It has 3 par fives, 3 par threes and 3 par fours. It is a flat course other than hole #8 where the tee box is on a hill and the hole is a dogleg to your left. Hole #9 is a blind tee shot. The hole is straight away with a hill just off the tee box. The greens are small and flat. This course has very few places that you can get in trouble other than the outside holes that are out-of-bounds. We had a fun relaxing round of golf.

Course Conditions-Our tee time was 9:00. The tee boxs needed mowed and by our second round they were trimmed up. The greens were in good shape. The roughs were a reasonable length. Since last visiting Buffalo Ridge, they have built a new clubhouse and rumor has it...will soon be under new management.

Uniqueness of this course-There is a bell in the middle of the fairway on #9 which you let the golfers on the tee box know when it is clear to hit.
