Golf Course Location-Twenty-Seven Flags Golf Course is located in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa just off of Interstate 29 at the Sioux Airport Exit.

Golf Course Description-27 Flags Golf Course is three nine hole courses. Twenty-Seven Flags is a flat course with no sand traps or water to speak of to get you in trouble.

The courses are all par 36 and fairly flat courses. They measure 3102, 3320, and 3527 from the blue tees for the red, green and blue courses respectively. From the red tees it measure 2591, 2538 and 2962. The rating is 34.4, 35.5 and 36.7 from the blues. Slopes are 112, 111, and 123 for the red, green and blue courses.

You see Jackrabbits at 27 Flags. The outside course is located next to a corn field and we had two Jackrabbits join us in our first round.

There are two par threes and two par fives on the red and blue courses. The par threes are 174 plus from the blue tees. The par fives range from 475 to 601 yards.

The fairways are marked well with a white stake at 150 yards. The greens were soft and if you landed on chances are your ball would stick. The toughest hole on the course is the last par 4 on the blue course. You have got to take a good look at where you want your tee shot to land and your second shot is a challenge through the trees.

Course Conditions-Twenty-Seven Flags is in it's ninth year. The trees are maturing and course still is developing.

Uniqueness of this course-The uniqueness of 27 Flags is the three nine hole courses located at one location.

Other Local Attractions-A casino is located just down Interstate 29 several miles in Sloan, Iowa. They serve a great luncheon buffet and if the golf goes bad...who knows...maybe your luck will change.
